Veterans who served in WWII and the Koren War began this organization in 1977 to assist all local neighborhoods in need of assitance.
Our current focus is on free energy-saving programs that make it possible for low income families and indivuals to lower their utility bills.

Homeowners and renters who qualify may receive the following services at no cost.
Weather-stripping
We replace old damaged weather-stripping around doors and windows to improve energy savings
Furnace Replacement
In cases were the property is owner occupied and the furnace is not working but there is a gas line attached. We can submit for the furnace to be repaired or replaced.
Door Replacement
If the door shows signs of damage, it may be possible that we can have the door replaced.
Glass Replacement
If the glass on a window is broken or cracked it is possible that we can replace it so that there is no infiltration.
New Refrigerator
Deliver and install a brand new refrigerator replacement with high quality/low energy use through Southern California Edison.
Showerhead
We can replace high flowing showerheads for more water efficient models. This will help in reducing water wastage.
